Local Heroes' Corner
The Local Heroes' Corner recognizes members of our community (Champion, Howland, Warren Townships and Warren City) who have given of their time, talent and resources to enhance sport and recreation. Those recognized may have volunteered as coaches, provided resources to athletic activities, referees, athletic club members or contributed in other capacities. They must have performed these volunteer activities over a period of time. To date over 80 individuals have been honored through the 12 recognitions held by the Local Heroes.
